Series Workshop on Flexibility Measures

As a follow-up to German-Chinese workshops on flexibility measures and adequate planning of dispatchable generation and energy infrastructure, the Sino-German Energy Transition project in cooperation with the Danish Embassy Beijing and Danish Energy Agency (DEA) plans to hold a series of 3 workshops in 2022 aiming at sharing the German and Danish experience as well as the research results to a larger Chinese audience to increase the flexibility in China’s power system. The first workshop is planned for April, followed by 2 more events leading to the Taiyuan Energy Forum in September, a national wide energy transition event in China focusing on the transformation of the country’s coal region .
